Empowering you to listen to, trust, and love your core Self and your body.
Wake up and be fully present for a life you love.
Kristen Keathley – MSW, LCSW, LCAS
Are you looking for alignment in your life?
Have you encountered challenges in your relationships with loved ones, friends, family or with yourself? Maybe you’re questioning your relationship with food, substances, or other behaviors that don’t align with your goals and values?
I believe that we all have the answers within, but sometimes need a little help getting past the outer layers that distract us from our inner wisdom. I have been so honored to walk alongside my clients as they learn to synchronize their daily choices and actions with the person they aspire to become, allowing them to embrace a life they genuinely love.
