I am in network with Aetna and BCBS, and my biller will file these claims for you. If you are out of network, I will collect payment at time of service and provide you with a superbill, should you choose to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Do you prefer in person or virtual sessions? *

I provide in-person, virtual, and hybrid options for therapy. My in-person days are Tuesdays and Thursdays, and my virtual days are Wednesdays and Fridays. I can shift easily to virtual on an in-person day, should you have a scheduling issue, illness, or any other reason for a virtual preference. However virtual days (W and F) are limited to virtual only.

Do you prefer morning, afternoon or evening sessions? *

I try to accommodate your schedule as much as possible, as I know that therapy is most productive at a supportive time. Most of my therapy slots are between 9am and 3pm, as I am a parent of a school aged child. However, knowing that I will occasionally be working with teens, teachers, families, and other professionals requiring evening slots, I like to offer several spots on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons/evenings. These spots are limited but occasionally do open up. Inquire if interested!

Scheduling a full initial session will secure you a spot on my schedule more quickly, but a 15 minute consultation will allow us to get to know each other a little better in advance.
