Individual Therapy:

Initial 60 minute session: $175
Following 50 minute sessions: $150

Whether you choose to meet in person or virtually, our individual work will focus on your goals, that we will establish together. We will often work in individual therapy on a variety of issues and relationships, including your relationship with yourself. That can look like aligning thoughts, behaviors, and actions with your inner wisdom and core values. We often at times might focus on your relationship with our body, and gaining better body awareness and wisdom. This is often referred to as “somatic” work. Regardless of whether we are working on body image, trauma, intuitive eating, nervous system regulation, or anxiety, our relationship with our bodies can often aid tremendously in our therapeutic goals. I often incorporate what is referred to as “parts” work or IFS.  If you are receptive, we will get to know different parts of you that may at times create inner conflict and work toward alignment.  We may explore relationships with substances or undesired behaviors. It’s also often helpful in individual therapy to delve into our relationships with others, including our family of origin, which can also greatly impact how we show up in our current relationships. I also specialize in issues related to domestic violence and narcissistic abuse recovery.

Family Therapy:

50 minute session: $200

My clinical work experience started with families, and this is some of my most rewarding and powerful work with clients. Sometimes this work might be adjunctive support to individual therapy. It might involve two family members only and addressing that specific relationship, and other times, it might include the entire family. I have experience working with families though a variety of difficult issues and have walked families through educational and workshop settings to better understand their roles within the family dynamic and to improve their communication skills. Family work with me may include: parent coaching, repairing and rebuilding fractured relationships, and supporting in overcoming challenges that impact the entire family, such as: life transitions, divorce, separation, loss, or illness (may include mental health or addiction). I am a licensed clinical addiction specialist and have specific training in supporting families and loved ones of those recovering from addiction.

Couples and Co-parenting Therapy:

50 minute session: $200

I love supporting couples and co-parents work though challenging yet necessary conversations that ultimately strengthen their relationships.  Similar to individual and family work, we will identify shared goals for our work together. This work is often focused on improving communication skills, repairing fractures within the relationship, and creating new conversations and experiences that strengthen the relationship and build emotional intimacy.  Occasionally, the goal of our work may not be for the couple to remain intact, and in those cases we can work together to support the couple in coming to a peaceful resolution and uncoupling. When children are involved, repairs and communication may still prove to be incredibly beneficial, and I encourage parents to remain engaged in this work, as the co-parenting relationship is critical to a child’s well-being. I have specific experience in working with co-parents who have separated in navigating their relationship as they parent children or adult children. I also love supporting parents who are seeking support as they are navigating a separation or divorce, including those who might be dealing with coercive control dynamics.

Training and Consultation:

Consultations: $250 per hour

Group Trainings: $300 per hour

I offer on-site training for clinical and support staff in the treatment setting, to better equip clinicians and staff in creating a safe and supportive atmosphere conducive to healing, and in addressing the specific needs of individual clients.  I have created curriculums and trained clinical and support staff on issues related to disordered eating, substance use, and trauma.  I also am available to programs and clinicians who are seeking specific consultation support in my areas of expertise.
